At Osborne Mint we get into the holiday season and so do our coins. One of our favorites from the Osborne Mint Christmas Copper Collection is of our founding father, George Washington. This round features him donning his holiday Santa Cap and ready to start the seasonal celebrations with his Mrs. Clause, Martha Washington. The common reverse side features a very intricate and beautifully crafted snowflake.   ### Santa George ![Santa George Christmas Copper Collection](https://www.osbornemint.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Christmas%20Copper%20Collection/Santa%20George%20page%20image.jpg?width=600&name=Santa%20George%20page%20image.jpg) Minted in Cincinnati Ohio from American made .999 pure copper, it has a minimum weight of 1oz AVDP per coin. The coining dies for Osborne Mint copper rounds are satin frosted, after which the backgrounds are carefully polished to a mirror finish, giving each coin a cameo-like appearance. Our traditional style rounds are struck with reeded edges like a US quarter, and made coin flip. Every product made by Osborne is manufactured to the strictest standards for metal purity, weight and dimensions. Pure copper coins are sensitive to the oils on your fingers, so handle them with gloves or by the edges to avoid staining. We recommend storing in a sulfur-free environment, like pvc-free tubes, flips or capsules. We proudly stand behind the tens of millions of coins we make every year. ** Available now from top silver coin wholesalers: ** ### Related Categories [Copper](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/tag/copper) [Christmas Collection](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/tag/christmas-collection) ### [Osborne Mint Marketing](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/author/osborne-mint-marketing) [![Share on facebook](https://7528309.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528309/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/facebook-color.png?width=24&name=facebook-color.png) ](https://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on linkedin](https://7528302.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528302/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/linkedin-color.png?width=24&name=linkedin-color.png) ](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dlinkedin) [![Share on twitter](https://7528304.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528304/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/twitter-color.png?width=24&name=twitter-color.png) ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=) [![Share on pinterest](https://7528311.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528311/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/pinterest-color.png?width=24&name=pinterest-color.png) ](https://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dpinterest&media=) [![Share on email](https://7528311.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528311/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/email-color.png?width=24&name=email-color.png) ](mailto:?subject=Check+out+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Demail&body=Check+out+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.osbornemint.com%2Ffrom-the-mint%2Fchristmas-copper-collection-santa-george%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Demail) Popular [Silver](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/silver) [Mint updates](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/mint-updates) [stock](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/stock) [round](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/round) ## [From the Mint Book XIIII - American Indian Rounds Foreshadow my Career](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/14-0-native-american-silver-set) [Read more](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/14-0-native-american-silver-set) Popular [Silver](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/silver) [Amy Brown Collection](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/amy-brown-collection) ## [Amy Brown Discovery Silver Coin: Collectible Fairy Coin](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/amy-brown-collection-discovery) [Read more](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/amy-brown-collection-discovery) Popular [Silver](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/silver) [Mint updates](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/mint-updates) [stock](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/stock) [round](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/topic/round) ## [From the Mint Book XIII- See Spot Run](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/13-0-spot-price-of-silver) [Read more](https://www.osbornemint.com/from-the-mint/13-0-spot-price-of-silver) ### Art Belongs On a Coin.
