Because the cost of gold fluctuates rapidly, Osborne has developed a strict policy for locking the gold price.
When a customer requests gold, we will provide written estimate based on the current market rate. An affirmative written reply approving the quoted quantity, size, and estimate is required before the gold can be locked. Final lock pricing will be confirmed at time of lock. Gold pricing is based on spot + 1% and does not include the strike charge.
Gold payment is due in 2 days with no exception. Payment terms include wire transfer and credit card. A credit card payment incurs an additional 3% added to the total invoice. Cash or checks are not accepted.
