Because the cost of silver fluctuates rapidly, Osborne has developed a strict policy for locking the silver price.
When a customer requests silver, we will provide written pricing based on the current market rate. An affirmative written reply approving the quoted quantity, size, and pricing is required before the silver will be locked. Silver pricing is based on spot + 3% and does not include the strike charge.
Silver payment is due in 2 days with no exceptions. Payment terms include wire transfer and credit card. A credit card payment incurs an additional 3% added to the total invoice. Cash or checks are not accepted.
